Before Your Visit

Your comfort is our primary concern. If you have any special needs or require accommodations during your visit, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to assist you.

Most appointments at our dental imaging center take less than 30 minutes. If your appointment includes a denture scan, please allow approximately 45 minutes.

If someone is driving you to your appointment, they may prefer to wait nearby, as your visit is typically brief.

Reveal Diagnostics Fremont operates in partnership with Forest Upper Cervical.

Please remember:
  • Bring the referral form your doctor gave you
  • Be ready to remove jewelry, piercings and hair pins
  • Notify the technician if you think you are pregnant
  • Expect to pay at the time of service
