Reveal’s Portland dental imaging center is located at the Sylvan-Westgate Building and next door to the offices of Portland Specific Chiropractic.

From Downtown Portland (via US-26 West):

Start by heading west on US-26 W (Sunset Highway) toward Beaverton.
Take the exit for Sylvan/Westgate (Exit 71B).
At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto SW Skyline Blvd.
Continue straight, then turn right onto SW Westgate Drive.
The Sylvan-Westgate Building will be on your left. Look for Suite 126.

Please bring your referral slip to your digital imaging appointment.

Notify the technician if you think you are pregnant
