Know precise dimensions with crest-to-IANC or -sinus and bone reduction measurements, all from the relevant angle of placement and with the nerve mapped.
Reveal Diagnostics technicians map the nerve canal, then measure the bone where it’s at least 5mm wide, the distance from the bone ridge to that minimum 5mm width, and the distance from the 5mm width to the nerve or sinus.
Most importantly, Reveal Diagnostics is the only dental CT imaging center to create cross-section slices and measurements at the true implant angle. Taking all CBCT cross sections parallel to midline does not give valid measurements for posterior implant placement. We angle each section to the correct angle—so you have the correct information to plan surgery.
